Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
Liability for links
Our offer may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not identifiable at that time.
